Netrin Accountable Care
An MDPCP Care Transformation Organization
In 2019, Netrin Health successfully launch Netrin Accountable Care, a Care Transformation Organization participating in the innovative Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP).
MDPCP is a voluntary program open to qualifying Maryland primary care providers. Participants receive upfront payments to support their transformation to patient-centered, value-based care.
When you select Netrin as your preferred CTO, you join a network of independent primary care providers and gain access to our expertise in:
- Advanced predictive analytics and reporting
- Innovative health technology, including telemedicine and remote patient monitoring
- Preventive and chronic care management
- Population health management and social service integration

Netrin Primary Care ACO
A physician-led MSSP ACO
Netrin Primary Care ACO is an independent, physician-led ACO participating in the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP). We offer independent provider practices an opportunity to join an ACO that is not investor-funded and not affiliated with a hospital system or a payer.
Netrin Primary Care ACO does not charge a management fee and distributes 60% of earned shared savings back to participant practices.
Maryland primary care practices are eligible to join both the CTO and the ACO.
